Fun, Fun, Fun!

Great day today...Ian and Gavin had fun with Karen, their babysitter, this morning (as usual) while we were at work. Usually she watches them in the afternoon, but since Ian is finished with pre-school we changed the schedule. Now Gavin doesn't say, "Karen, night night" because Karen would arrive here and then it would be Gavin's naptime.
Oh, on the way to swim lessons this afternoon, Ian informed Cailean and I that he wants to help dad fix planes when he grows up. Gavin will drive the planes. Mommy will make us dinner on the planes. Then he asked us, "What is Mimi going to be when she grows up?" hahahahaha He adds, "She can collect rocks and take them to the dump." hahahaha
Anyway...he did such a great job doing the rhythmic breathing for freestyle. He has improved a lot! He swim freestyle, backstroke and can now do the breaststroke kick. Chad, his swim instructor, threw him up in the water and you should have seen the grin on Ian's face. Chad is a great instructor, but I sure wish he didn't swim at Carolina. haha After his lesson, the boys went with their Mimi out to dinner and then ran some errands before returning home to pjs, books and bedtime.
Cailean and I enjoyed a night out with good friends, Lori and Tom. I received a very nice amount on a gift card a few months ago and we all splurged. :)
Anyway, I thought I would attach some photos to the blog tonight. Gavin was sporting Ian's old Spiderman goggles and fins...2 pictures of the boys today (they love to dress alike as you can tell by the shirts) and pictures of Lori, me, Tom and Cailean from tonight.
