Anyway, had to wake Gavin up to get him in the car and head to his Mimi's house for Camp Mimi. It was going to be an early start because Ian needed to be at the baseball field by 8am. Ian was actually really excited about going, which is very opposite of how he can be when it comes to camps. I introduced him to one of the players and told the guy to keep an eye out on my son! LOL LOL
Mom, Linda, Pop-pop and Gavin met me at the ballpark and I signed Gavin out and turned him over to mom. Then, back to the townhome they went and then jumped into the pool while I went back to work.
I met them at the pool later and swam with them for awhile. Then, we got ready and headed to the Longhorn to celebrate Linda's birthday and my grandparents' anniversary.
After dinner I asked my grandparents to pose for a picture! They are looking great for 88 and 90! 64 years of marriage...wow!!!
The waitress brought this dessert out for my grandparents. Very cool that they wrote the message!
Here we are celebrating! Mom's good friend, Linda, is down from NH for the month. It was her birthday yesterday, so she was in the spotlight today as well! Cailean was missing out. He's in Arkansas training for work this week.Oh, Ian keeps mentioning different things he learned at baseball camp and is just so excited. He's looking forward to tomorrow, which is a big relief to us!!!!!!! Gavin heads back to Camp Mimi!
